Refunds for transformational programs or services are not available. Because of the nature of transformational work, change happens over time as a result of insights that occur during the time we work together. My goal is to provide enough clarity and support in the course content and 1:1 models to remove previously perceived barriers. Therefore, clients assume responsibility for their own transformation by taking action on the insights they receive and asking for any additional clarity or support needed. Refunds for services not yet rendered (i.e. remaining 1:1 coaching) will be considered only under circumstances that put the client or practitioner at risk of further emotional distress than can be remedied in session.
I reserve the right to revoke access to course materials if the agreed-upon terms are violated.
In order to best serve clients, they have the opportunity to communicate remotely. This includes communication via email and telephone. Response to emails can be expected within 1 business day Monday-Friday and as soon as possible on weekends. Please include the program in the subject line. Any information collected will be kept secure using encrypted, password-protected documentation.
Benefits and Risks
Healthy relationships impact all areas of life and many persons experience a sense of overall wellness and vitality as a result of minor changes to their connections. Tools from behavioral psychology and relationship coaching are intended to support healing and integration of the mind and body and are not intended to be used to replace therapy or beyond a therapeutic capacity.
I am not a Medical Doctor or licensed mental health practitioner and my recommendations for therapeutic lifestyle changes and relationship patterns are meant to complement those of your medical doctor/mental health practitioner.
I do not make medical or nutritional supplement recommendations that might be construed as curative.
I cannot guarantee specific outcomes, each client is responsible for their understanding and implementation of the material I present but for 1:1 recommendations, I assess possible risks based on information provided by the client and supervise the implementation of the behavior changes via written exchanges and verbal accounts of outcomes.
I reserve the right to decline recommendations that would be best served by a licensed mental health practitioner. In this instance, referrals will be made or the client takes responsibility for locating a licensed mental health provider.
Relationship challenges that are appropriate for coaching include codependency and the byproducts of it (generational relationship trauma, feeling stuck, repeated relational patterns, weight and body image concerns in relation to dating and intimacy, difficulty expressing one's needs/opinions, and setting or maintaining boundaries in dating).
